CPMC Breaks Ground for Model House in Sandari Calatagan, Batangas
Citystate Properties and Management Corporation (CPMC) officially marked a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony of its first model house in Sandari Calatagan, Batangas on March 18, 2026.
As part of CPMC’s 19th anniversary, this milestone reflects the company’s continued commitment to thoughtfully developing communities and bringing long-term visions to life.
Sandari Calatagan is envisioned as a wellness-oriented residential village, and the model house is designed to serve as a reference for lot owners as they envision and plan their future homes. It will showcase a Modern Tropical home concept that complements the seaside environment of the community, blending indoor and outdoor living suited for coastal conditions.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by officers and representatives of CPMC, including Executive Vice President Miss Maureen Azarcon; Business and Operations Executive Mr. Michael Wes Cabangon; Vice President for Land Development Engr. Mar Hilario; Vice President for Sales and Marketing Miss Rowena Riego de Dios; Assistant Vice President for Marketing Marky Almazora; Project Manager Engr. Neil Aguila; Geodetic Engineer Engr. Junelyn Pagsolingan; Site Engineer Engr. Khristine Plata; and Sales Managers Miss Vance Defeo, Sir Miguel Ripoll, and Miss Katie Realco.
Also present was the project’s construction partner, Sycip Builders, led by CEO and Founder Sir Alexander Sycip, together with Architect Manuel Perez, Engineer Frederick Perez, and Architect Mherjorie Reyes.
The Sandari Calatagan model house marks another step forward in the development of the community, offering a tangible preview of the design direction and lifestyle envisioned for the area. More updates will be shared as progress continues.
