A home is more than a place to live. It is part of the future we choose to build. Developed by Citystate Properties and Management Corporation (CPMC), a boutique real estate developer creating wellness residential villages, Sandari believes that meaningful communities are shaped by the way people live, connect with nature, and care for their surroundings.

As part of the Sandari Green Living Campaign, the company introduces One Home, One Tree, an initiative that connects residential lot ownership with a simple yet meaningful commitment to a greener and more sustainable future.

For every qualified and confirmed lot sale covered by the program, one tree seedling will be dedicated to the lot owner.

For Sandari Batulao, new lot owners this year will participate in a community tree-planting activity on October 24, 2026, giving them the opportunity to personally contribute to the growth of their community and its natural surroundings.

In Sandari Calatagan, lot owners will begin by propagating and sowing tree seeds. The seedlings will then be nurtured until the designated planting areas within the development are ready, at which point they can be transplanted and continue to grow as part of the community. More than a tree-planting initiative, One Home, One Tree represents a shared commitment among Sandari, its homeowners, employees, and sales partners to make green living and environmental responsibility an integral part of the community experience.

Sandari believes that planting more trees and nurturing more greenery can contribute not only to healthier and more sustainable communities but also to a greener environment for society as a whole. Through this initiative, the company joins communities and individuals in taking meaningful steps toward a healthier and more sustainable future.

At Sandari, building wellness communities also means creating a thoughtful relationship with nature. Through One Home, One Tree, every new home becomes an opportunity to nurture something that can grow and flourish for years to come.

One Home. One Tree. One Greener Future.
