Since the trail lacks tree cover, it is recommended to start the climb early and hurdle the 60-degree trail before the peak as the sun rises.

 

3. At the summit, trekkers are rewarded with breathtaking views of Nasugbu and Calatagan of Batangas, and the rolling hills and mountains of Maragondon, Cavite. Notable peaks include Mt. Batulao (SE), Mt. Makiling, partially covered by the Tagaytay Ridge (ENE), Pico de Loro (W), and the Lubang islands (SW).
